SimTek Fence Installation Queens
Back in 2002, research for the SimTek fence began but it was only until the year 2005 when it was released in the market. Its release gained positive response and was even described to be the innovative alternative to traditional wood material. Other than its aesthetic, its durability is its standout quality. It is capable of maintaining its structural integrity against strong temperatures as it was engineered to withstand temperatures ranging from -40° to +140° F. It can also withstand extreme weather conditions, especially prolonged sun exposure since it contains UV-12 inhibitors to combat ultraviolet rays from the sun.
The SimTek is a decorative wall that comes in a variety of designs including six “granite effect” varieties:
- Brown granite
- Beige granite
- Grey granite
- Black granite
- Desert granite
- White granite
These walls come in two choices (according to material):
- EcoStone – material includes recycled vinyl
- EcoStone Plus – material is 100% virgin vinyl
For size, it comes in 3′, 4′ and 6′ high panels only; however, it can be cut in half or stacked to be customized according to height request.
Its installation cost ranges around $1800 to $4200. Actual pricing varies according to the specifics of the project. Extra charging sis expected for customized heights. For those looking for cheaper alternatives, consider the EcoStone material as it is priced relatively lower compared to the EcoStone Plus.
